Your first session is built to better understand you, begin to learn your story and what brought you to therapy. We will also go over any questions that you may have and our practice policies. We understand that each person is unique and needs a customized care plan.

We ask that if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment please notify your therapist at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment. If a 24-hour notice is not given, you will be responsible for the full payment of the missed session. Please note that insurance will not cover the payment for a missed appointment.

Yes! We are in-network with BCBS PPO and Aetna. If you are not covered by these insurances we are able to provide you with a monthly “superbill” to submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement .
